Designed for educators, by educators, as a two-pronged resource and planning tool. Deconstructed Standards and Performance Tasks help educators increase their depth of understanding of the standards and enable teachers to plan curriculum and classroom instruction that promotes inquiry and higher levels of cognitive demand.
They are a purposeful and thoughtful compilation of pre-existing materials in the public domain, state department of education websites, and original work. Teachers use these digital tools to move from knowledge of standards to application of these standards in the classroom.
